  • What are your shipping rates/delivery times?
    The shipping rate is already included in the price of each product item in the Usbong Store. Delivery times usually take seven (7) banking days after you've sent us a copy of your deposit slip.

  • Can I combine more than one item in a single shipment?
    Yes, as a matter of fact, the Usbong Store is designed to specifically cater to customers interested in purchasing more than one item at a time. We even offer discounts for each additional product item a customer purchases.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address
    If you need to update your shipping address, you can go to the link to the My Account page located to the left of your shopping cart.

  • Can I get a discount on a large order?
    We strive to offer the best prices on the Internet. Moreover, we offer discounts for each additional product a customer purchases. The prices also already cover the shipping cost, so the customer need not have to pay additional fees. Even better, if the customer picks up the product items at the Marikina Orthopedic Specialty Clinic (MOSC), the customer receives a promo discount.

  • Do you have an actual bricks-and-mortar store?
    At present, we accept payment and receiving of online purchases at the Marikina Orthopedic Specialty Clinic (MOSC), which is located at 2 E. Manalo Ave. (formerly, E. Rodriguez Ave.), Sto. Niño, Marikina City, 1800, Philippines. To view our available products, you may access STORE.USBONG.PH. The prices already include the shipping cost.

  • How do I find a product?
    You can search our inventory of products, which include books, textbooks, promos, food, beverages, comics, manga, toys & collectibles, and miscellaneous items, using our search engine located near the top-left portion of all STORE.USBONG.PH pages. You can enter keywords such as the product name and book author.

  • How do I place an order?
    Purchasing any of the available products on our website is fast, easy, and secure. First, find the product item you want to purchase. Click the product name to see its product overview, the available format, its condition, and/or the language in one place. You can then instantly add the copy you want to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the yellow “ADD TO CART” button.

    After you have added all the product items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, you can see the contents by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top-right corner of your screen. From here you can view your items and add or delete items. When you are ready to checkout, simply click the “CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT” button at the right-hand portion of your screen and follow the prompts.

  • How do I cancel my order?
    Email us at and notify us that you would want to cancel your order.

    Please include your order number in the body of the email as well as type the phrase "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

    If there is anything that we can do prior to cancelling your order that will fix the problem for you, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

  • Where do I find my order number?
    You can find the order number in the order summary page of your account. To access the order summary page, click the Order Summary link in the dropdown menu located to the left of your shopping cart.

  • Damaged or incorrect items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product item, or are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at . One of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order.

  • Missing items
    If you have not received your order by the end of the estimated delivery time, we always suggest that you check with anyone in your office or household who may have received the package and neglected to tell you.   • What do you do with my email address?
    We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your information with any other party. We respect your privacy and store your information in order to communicate with you regarding your order status and occasional Usbong Store recommendations.

  • How can I find a password that I forgot?
    If you know the email address you use for your account, you may click "Forgot password" on the Login page. We will send a reset link to your email. You must process it before it expires in 20 minutes.

    Once you have logged in with your temporary password, you can update your password from the My Account page.

    If you cannot remember what email address you used or no longer have access to that email address, you will need to register a new account.
