Michael Dell shares the story of how he and his team built Dell Computer Corporation. I particularly liked the part about his company's early days, and how he started by buying cheap components and upgrading computers himself to sell them to customers at a much lower cost than resellers who simply bought assembled computers and sold them with an added overhead fee. Focusing on what customers actually want, instead of what a person thinks they want, is one of the many things that I learned from reading this book.
